**Position Summary**
Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality and performance goals are met on a daily basis.

**Position Summary:**
This position is responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals. Maintains all payment or other transaction records. Responsible for all activities in the accounts payable function, including invoice entry to general journal entries. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. + Complete and process credit applications from vendors before routing to supervisor and provide Tax Exempt Forms as needed.
+ Works closely with Purchasing to update changes in pricing and terms and respond to related questions.
+ Responsible for validating all vendor requested bank changes by contacting the vendor directly and noting the workflow records for audit controls.
+ Compiles from Concur the employee expense reimbursements, books the expenses via journal entry and creates files used by Payroll. This is done both weekly and bi-weekly depending on the Oatey company being processed.
+ Processes the company credit card statements to record the expense submitted through Concur and via spreadsheet, this includes reviewing the coding to ensure it is correct to the best of our ability and monitor to ensure it balances monthly.
+ Maintains a group of vendors that take credit card payment outside of our normal process, this includes certain utilities. Downloading of invoices to load in AP Invoice workflow, once invoice is paid, entering the card info for payment on vendor website.
+ Complete assigned account reconciliations as directed.
+ Provide supporting documentation for the annual audit, Ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisor and as needed by the department/company.

Position Summary

Position Summary
This position is responsible for working on New Product Development and Ongoing Business Initiatives from both a formulation and testing and validation perspective.
Position Responsibilities
Support initiatives to improve performance of new product concepts and existing products, improve cost position, efficiency and reliability of products while ensuring that testing and proof of concept activities are completed on time.
Lead and support technical efforts to support the achievement of the company's business strategies, product roadmaps, and objectives.
Formulation, testing, and validation will require creativity, an understanding of the end user experience, and knowledge of requirements from regulatory agencies such as ISO, IAPMO, ASTM, ICC, NFPA and others as necessary.
Conduct research to identify potential technologies or solutions, jobsite activity and end user immersion, making samples of formulas, developing new formulas, developing and conducting tests to ensure the feasibility of product performance expectations which includes set-up monitoring, observing, analysis, and reporting.
Generate, develop, and communicate data to support the development of new products in addition to producing presentations and presenting to larger audiences.
Test and analyze competitive samples, assist manufacturing and quality teams on both new and existing products, collaborate with compliance and sourcing in addition to chemical engineers and project managers.
Additional responsibilities may be added based on corporate initiatives and needs.
Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses in our manufacturing, technical, and product teams
Develop training materials in collaboration with SME's and schedule and coordinate training for various teams in need

Knowledge and Experience
Experience required 5+ years working in a high-volume chemical lab.

Experience working on multiple projects focused on the chemical range of our current technology.

The Creative Operations Specialist manages the production of product labels and creative artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. This role oversees label maintenance, artwork requests, and marketing communication projects while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers. Label Production & Maintenance
Own the internal label production process from intake through final approval.
Create, maintain, and continuously update label templates and data in internal systems.

Make decisions on label template updates and system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify discrepancies in master data and determine corrective actions.

Project Management

Resolve cross-department conflicts, negotiate timelines, and make decisions to remove obstacles.
Actively manage timelines, track status in project management software, and escalate issues or delays to keep projects on track.
Prioritize competing artwork and marketing requests based on business impact, urgency, and resource availability.
Release approved artwork to suppliers, oversee proof submissions, and communicate approvals or rejections in a timely and accurate manner.

Process Improvement & Training

What You'll Bring
At least three (3) years of experience in an EHSS role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related safety and environmental regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to build trust, influence others, and drive engagement across all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with data and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, Safety, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Lean concepts such as Kaizen or Six Sigma preferred.
CSP or CHMM certification preferred.

Compensation Range for the Position:
$53,628.00 - $68,376.00 - $83,124.00 USD

IT Analytics Intern Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of senior IT leadership, the intern will complete a variety of assignments to support modern analytics at Oatey to include ingestion of new data sources, creating new data pipelines and transformations, creating new reporting views in SQL, working alongside business teams in the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards, and further improving the overall analytics community with new training content and documentation. These assignments will make a positive contribution to Oatey as well as provide the student with “hands-on” work experience.
Expectations & Accountabilities…
Responsible for the creation of at least one Power BI dashboard addressing a complex business analytics requirement. This may include new data sources, additional data transformations, and building out the necessary visualizations.
Replace the legacy Tableau dashboard for our Service Desk with a new one created with Power BI, enhance and extend the capabilities beyond current features.
Work alongside the analytics team in addressing the analytics backlog of requests, enhancements and improvements to the reporting environment.
Create new training materials; short to-do videos, data lineage documentation, quick reference guides, and other artifacts as required.
Based on level of experience and skill, may be leveraged to do more complex data analysis and modeling to build out predictive analytics.
Depending on progress, may be requested to explore the geo-spatial analysis and capabilities in Power BI to meet market analysis requests.

What you'll need to be successful…
Education and Certification: Pursuing BA/BS in Information Technology & Business or equivalent/related degree.
Year: Junior or Senior
GPA: 3.0 or greater
Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset
Structured and analytical thinking
Demonstrated high initiative
Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Power BI
Familiarity with statistical modeling or other data science practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills
