Pros of working at OATI

It's a job. Helpful and friendly coworkers.

Cons of working at OATI

Very low pay compared to your peers at other companies. They are slow to give pay increases even with a title change. Micromanaging executives.

They do have hybrid work of 1 day at home if you have been there at least 1 year and are approved for it. They have 401k matching.

They are generally friendly in person.

Trust your managers to manage and make their own decisions. Let people have more freedom to excell. Invest in up to date office equipment.
