Lenny Castiglione are a CEO at Ob Hospitalist Group and Chief Executive Officer at FGTB Holdings LLC and are based in Houston, Texas. Dr. Swain’s passion for women’s healthcare and his commitment to seeing the industry elevated to provide improved patient safety and care comes from his lifelong dedication to his patients. His experience includes solo practice, group practice, public health, medical education and hospitalist services. After undergraduate studies at The Citadel, Dr. Swain attended the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his OB/GYN residency training at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.

David Swain has served as Ob Hospitalist Group’s Chief Executive Officer since 2006, and also currently serves as a Chairman of the Board. Mr. Swain leverages over 15 years of corporate executive experience to oversee all operational aspects of the company and to ensure our client hospitals receive the highest quality of service possible when partnering with Ob Hospitalist Group. Prior to joining OBHG, David served as Founder, CEO, and President of multiple organizations including Foundation Technologies. David spent 10 years as an officer in the United States Air Force after completing undergraduate studies at The Citadel. He also attended the University of South Carolina where he obtained a degree in electrical and computer engineering.

Cheryl Slack is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Ob Hospitalist Group; Senior Vice President, Partner Resources at HOSPITAL PHYSICIAN PARTNERS; and Chief Human Resources Officer at HOSPITAL PHYSICIAN PARTNERS and is based in Greenville, South Carolina. She has worked as Human Resource Professional at Consultant, Chief Human Resources Officer at Sound Physicians, and Chief Human Resource Officer at Sygen Intl. Inc.. Cheryl attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology between 1979 and 1982.

Kevin Krenzke is a Chief Financial Officer at Ob Hospitalist Group and is based in The Woodlands, Texas.
