What You'll Do as an Assembler: Operate assigned equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to support production. Inspect parts to ensure they meet process and quality requirements. Accurately complete required job and production documentation. Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and standard operating procedures. Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work areas clean and organized. Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and state and federal regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You'll Need as an Assembler: Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, or other methods. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes. Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export control regulations. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move throughout an entire shift. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted and with control. Ability to raise arms above shoulder level and maintain hand dexterity for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for handling parts, tools, and equipment. Ability to stoop, kneel, and reach as required by the job. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Environment: On-site role within a metal stamping manufacturing facility. Frequent exposure to large industrial machinery and moving mechanical parts. Moderate to high noise levels. Summarize receivables by maintaining AR Aging. Prepare monthly KPI reporting (DSO, Key Customer AR, etc.) Meet with the CFO on a biweekly basis to review and discuss accounts receivable status. Knowledgeable in 3-D part inspection and qualification process, machine learning and computer vision, and nondestructive evaluation. Knowledgeable in geometric design and optimization. Knowledge and understanding of machine shop capabilities and inspection equipment preferred. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical processes.
