What You Will Do as a Quality Inspector:
Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, indicators, comparators, and precision gages.
Operate touch probe/vision coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for verification (no programming required).
Compare parts against specified dimensions, tolerances, and finish requirements.
Inspect for size, surface finish, overall appearance, and other critical features.
Evaluate inspection results, determine part acceptability, and seek approval for deviations.
Troubleshoot equipment or system issues using test equipment and prior experience.
Package parts securely for shipment.
Comply with all company quality system standards, safety, and security procedures.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring to our Team:
Pass eye exam (with or without correction) required for aerospace final inspection role.
Ability to read blueprints.

•Collaborate with product designers and manufacturing teams to create design concepts and detailed drawings for new molds and tooling
•Conduct feasibility studies, analyze mold performance, and make necessary modifications to optimize mold design and production efficiency
•Improve the design of existing injection molds and implement cost effective tool design changes
•Work closely with toolmakers and production teams to ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer needs
•Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues with materials, machines, prototypes, processes, or tooling
•Repair, install, and maintain injection molds
•Assist in quoting exercises for new mold and repairs of existing molds
•Maintain CAD files in response to changes

Key Responsibilities:
* Polish parts according to detailed blueprints, customer specifications, and internal standards.

What you will do in your role:
Inspect parts before grinding to check for chips or cracks.
Verify the dimensions of the work piece to match with the dimensions on the blueprints.
Inspect parts that are received from other departments.

Must be able to fixture and design methods of manufacturing complex parts.
Must be able to locate, diagnose and correct problems in equipment and systems utilizing test equipment and/or prior work experience.
