It is not a start up at this point, but a lot of the pros and cons still closely relate to startups. A job at ObservePoint has the blessing of truly making an impact, and having opportunities and to work on cross-departmental projects. This keeps work very interesting and engaging, instead of being siloed to your original job description. If you are good at what you do, they are more than willing to compensate you in salary.
Although it is a well established brand in the industry, the company still isn't very large. The ladder is pretty short in terms of leadership, so there aren't a ton of opportunities to be promoted and advance career titles.
