Vicki Hollub (born 1960) is an American businesswoman and mineral engineer. She has been the president and CEO of Occidental Petroleum since April 2016, when she became the first woman heading a major American oil company.

Mr. Champion currently serves as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller and is responsible for overseeing Anadarko's accounting functions. He has more than 22 years of experience in the accounting industry. He joined Anadarko in 2015 from KPMG LLP, where he served as the company’s national audit leader for oil and natural gas. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1992. Mr. Champion holds a bachelor's degree in business administration – accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert Peterson is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Occidental. As CFO, he oversees accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit and investor relations functions.

Mr. Peterson previously served as Senior Vice President, Permian EOR since September 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Peterson was Vice President, Permian Strategy, where he was responsible for developing and implementing a joint portfolio, technology and people strategy for Occidental’s Permian business and ensuring alignment with Occidental’s Low Carbon Ventures strategy. Prior to that, he was President of OxyChem from August 2014 to September 2017, where he was instrumental in completing its major capital investments and improving the profitability of the business.

Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from the University of Florida. ​​

She attended The University of Texas at Austin and University of Texas School of Law.

Yanni Charalambous is a VP and CIO at OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM CORP /DE/ and is based in Houston, Texas. He studied at University of Louisiana at Lafayette and University of Houston, Clear Lake.
