This position will be located in our Midland, TX. The Control Room Operator will work in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) environment to monitor field operations for both Midstream and E&P and work as a team integrating Midstream and E&P Operations. Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitor electronic information and provide feedback and recommendations for diagnostics as well as predictive data. - Provide daily reports comprised of total field operations. - Coordinate operations activities and emergency responses as needed. - Assist in maintaining daily activity logs, operational information and status reports including safety/environmental incident reporting. - Comply with all Company policies and procedures. - Under limited supervision, assists in monitoring field operations by responding to alarms or to direct guidance from more experienced personnel. - Respond appropriately to most routine problems independently. - Uses knowledge of how surveillance applications are represented in field operations and dispatches appropriate resources for problem resolution. - Evaluates daily production estimates to identify production shortfalls that may be related to equipment problems, leaks or spills, theft or changing well conditions. - Utilizes knowledge of local EHS policies as they pertain to specific operations.
