This position will be located in our Midland, TX. The Control Room Operator will work in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) environment to monitor field operations for both Midstream and E&P and work as a team integrating Midstream and E&P Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Monitor electronic information and provide feedback and recommendations for diagnostics as well as predictive data.
* Provide daily reports comprised of total field operations.
* Coordinate operations activities and emergency responses as needed.
* Assist in maintaining daily activity logs, operational information and status reports including safety/environmental incident reporting.
* Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
* Under limited supervision, assists in monitoring field operations by responding to alarms or to direct guidance from more experienced personnel.
* Respond appropriately to most routine problems independently.
* Uses knowledge of how surveillance applications are represented in field operations and dispatches appropriate resources for problem resolution.
* Evaluates daily production estimates to identify production shortfalls that may be related to equipment problems, leaks or spills, theft or changing well conditions.
* Utilizes knowledge of local EHS policies as they pertain to specific operations.
Qualifications - External
* 5 or more years of oil field experience
* Applies thorough operating knowledge to complete job duties.
* Works under limited supervision.

* Willing to train in the TX Delaware field.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Drilling Engineer (Locations) within our Midland Basin Business Unit based in Midland, TX.
The drilling engineer locations emphasis is responsible for the design and safe execution of the construction of well pads to endure the life of a well. This individual engineer should utilize the principles of value-based decision making to create a value-maximized wellbore that withstands the life of the well. All drilling engineers work within a team under the drilling lead to handle all aspects of the engineering process, and operational execution for their assigned rig. This position will be office based M-F with ~30% of time spent in the field.
Qualitative Goal: Be a self-governing individual that maximizes asset value through a risk-managed investment approach.
Responsibilities - Field
* Maintain safety culture with all contractors on location at all times
* Keep accurate field estimates within 5% of actuals
* Attend stakings for new locations with land team. Ensure location placement is viable for operations teams
* Ensure all locations are built to specifications
* New Pad Builds
* Facility Pad Builds
* Maintain contact with vendors as pad construction begins through the life of the well
* Manage all on-site logistics and third party personnel
* Accountable for ensuring all laws, rules, and regulations are adhered to during the building of the pads
* Ensures location is fit for purpose before mobilizing a rig onto location to commence drilling
* Spend time on drilling rig learning as time allows and assuming general duties of the role have been covered.

Specific Responsibilities
The Lease Operator Sr is a first-level supervisor, under the direction and training of the foreman. The Lease Operator Sr is responsible for the coordination and onsite supervision of contractors and service companies during new-well completions and workovers and performs other related assigned duties.
Gauge production on assigned wells, and report gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information to district office.
Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; change stuffing boxes, grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc.
Note problems and/or recommend courses of actions to supervisor in order to decrease costs and increase production.
Assist in witnessing meter calibrations; monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells; make necessary adjustments; monitor chemical use; shoot fluid levels as required and test safety systems daily to maximize daily production.
Assist with downhole pump changes, tubing replacement, etc. on artificially lifted wells; assist with pump and compressor maintenance such as oil changes, obtaining oil sample for analysis, pulling compressor valves, tests and repairs.
Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which pumper is responsible.
Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor which are unique to the assigned geographic area.
Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma
10+ years of relevant experience
Must have a general knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations.
Must have an interest in gaining knowledge of engineering principles and an understanding of subsurface and surface equipment and operations.

This position will be located in our Midland, TX. The Control Room Operator will work in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) environment to monitor field operations for both Midstream and E&P and work as a team integrating Midstream and E&P Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor electronic information and provide feedback and recommendations for diagnostics as well as predictive data.
- Provide daily reports comprised of total field operations.
- Coordinate operations activities and emergency responses as needed.
- Assist in maintaining daily activity logs, operational information and status reports including safety/environmental incident reporting.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Under limited supervision, assists in monitoring field operations by responding to alarms or to direct guidance from more experienced personnel.
- Respond appropriately to most routine problems independently.
- Uses knowledge of how surveillance applications are represented in field operations and dispatches appropriate resources for problem resolution.
