This position will be located in our Midland, TX. The Control Room Operator will work in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) environment to monitor field operations for both Midstream and E&P and work as a team integrating Midstream and E&P Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Monitor electronic information and provide feedback and recommendations for diagnostics as well as predictive data.
* Provide daily reports comprised of total field operations.
* Coordinate operations activities and emergency responses as needed.
* Assist in maintaining daily activity logs, operational information and status reports including safety/environmental incident reporting.
* Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
* Under limited supervision, assists in monitoring field operations by responding to alarms or to direct guidance from more experienced personnel.
* Respond appropriately to most routine problems independently.
* Uses knowledge of how surveillance applications are represented in field operations and dispatches appropriate resources for problem resolution.
* Evaluates daily production estimates to identify production shortfalls that may be related to equipment problems, leaks or spills, theft or changing well conditions.

Responsibilities
* This Completions Engineer is responsible for providing engineering, operations, regulatory and supply chain management support for all exploration, appraisal and development well work. The work is to be conducted in a safe, legal, and environmentally responsible and effective manner.
* Responsible for stimulation, cleanout and artificial lift procedures, associated well cost estimates and well design changes for assigned wells.
* Will act as on-site company representative for assigned completion operation working in rotation with other individuals on a team.
* Work schedule will be a 70/30 field/office split.
* Supervise daily completions operations and coordinate all related logistics from move in to move out in a way that optimizes asset value.
* Technically capable of designing and managing high profile and challenging projects, including exploration wells, individually or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Works with other completion engineers as a team to develop specific and complex well plans.
* Identifies and evaluates appropriate offset wells. Leads internal well design reviews, risk assessments and optimization plan that could be applied to a broader field development plan.
* Develops completion stimulation well designs.
* Assists with timely procurement of material, equipment and personnel. Reviews and approves invoices for accuracy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent
* Risk Management skills, including knowledge of Risk Assessment and Management of Change

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of automation engineering activities in Oil and Gas facilities projects. Job Profile Summary
Maintain the pipeline and its supporting operational and monitoring equipment in compliance with regulations, company work practices, and safety standards. Monitor all product movements in, out and within the terminal and/or station via loading rack, unloading skid, fractionator, or main line, including: mainline operations, transferring product to storage vessels; making valve lineups, operating refined product pumps; performing product sampling, running samples for analysis on in house lab equipment; measurement of location physical stock, meters, and additive variances. Input information into computer programs and perform daily facility inspections.
Assist drivers and customers, perform truck rack operations duties.
Assist technicians with maintenance duties and perform general maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor.
Participate on the facility emergency response team
Comply with company policies and procedures, including System Integrity Plan (SIP) and OQ requirements and implement them into location work practices. Attend and actively participate in safety training meetings.

Non-Destructive Testing on facilities
Install, test, adjust, and/or repair rectifiers, anodes, and test points
Troubleshoot and repair interference/foreign contact problems
Perform continuity tests and soil resistivity surveys and other special surveys
Inspect, calibrate, maintain, and/or repair cathodic protection tools and equipment
Drive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles
Complete and/or update reports and documents including but not limited to:

Compile, verify, and/or prepare financial information including, but not limited to:

Job Profile Summary
Uses extensive safety and health experience to analyze, develop and identify safety and health (S&H) improvement opportunities. Implement S&H programs and processes to meet regulatory compliance requirements and ONEOK's Environmental, Safety, and Health Management System Framework expectations. May act as a lead to less experienced safety and health colleagues.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of S&H procedures and practices through the recognition and communication of risk
* Uses expertise to identify, communicate, and solve S&H risks and regulatory requirements to management and peers as appropriate. Recommend control/compliance measures where appropriate

Education

Conduct comprehensive workplace assessments of potential industrial hygiene risks to include chemical, noise, and/or radiation hazards or utilize third party resources when deemed necessary
Analyze, interpret, identify trends, present, and recommend mitigation measures to improve S&H performance
Provide guidance and direction to other staff members. May lead and direct work of others
Education
Bachelor's Degree in environmental, safety, and health or related field
Work Experience
Extensive experience monitoring, analyzing, and making recommendations relative to compliance with safety and health governmental regulations and industry best practices
Experience composing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence
Experience interacting, advising, training and communicating effectively
Experience developing information and making presentations
Extensive experience in the use and function of environmental, safety, and health instrumentation, tools and equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to: apply math and algebraic formulas
Knowledge of: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations - General & Construction Industry, Industrial hygiene, and ESH Management System principles
Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information in writing and verbally; conduct oral presentations
Licenses and Certifications
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) preferred
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred
