Responsibilities: Conduct property tours, show available units, and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in Process rental applications, screen applicants, and prepare lease agreements Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and ledger management Issue and serve resident notices in accordance with Ohio landlord-tenant law Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs within our property management systems Support resident retention efforts through proactive communication and community engagement Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure timely completion of work orders and unit turnovers Travel occasionally to regional properties (New Concord and New Lexington) to support leasing and onsite needs Qualifications: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred but not required Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently Comfortable with technology and property management software (training provided) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) Why Join Us? Job Description Position Summary Responsible for the new employee pre-employment screening process for all Winsupply companies. Will also serve as benefits understudy and alternate.
