We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OccupationalTherapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

Requirements
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as an OccupationalTherapist
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and the ability to apply them in a clinical setting
- Experience working with patients across the lifespan, including adult and geriatric populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Fabricate and maintain adaptive equipment and hand splints.
Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills; facilitates the use of these skills by other team members to achieve desirable outcomes.
Evaluate patient occupational performance in the areas of self-care, work, leisure and rest. Assess sensory-motor neuromuscular, psycho-social and cognitive-perceptual components of occupational behavior. Assess physical, social and cultural components of the patient's occupational environment.
Meets mandatory continuing education requirements of the Agency and the licensing board.
Promotes the Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
