EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: * Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy * Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state * Two (2) years of experience working on an interdisciplinary team in a hospital, nursing home or community-based setting is preferable. * 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
