Department: Provide comprehensive evaluation for the Speech Language diagnoses for patients/residents with communication and/or swallowing deficits. Provide written reports to contracted facilities or agency and patient/ resident's physician. Establish and carry out treatment programs, which will meet the patient/resident's functional communicative/swallow needs.
