Pay: $54.52 - $58.42 per hour based on experience Schedule: This is a PRN role and requires some travel to client's homes The Physical Therapist will provide ongoing therapy evaluations and treatments and education to clients in a timely manner per physician's orders. To provide leadership and supervision of physical therapy services to other physical therapists, assistants and aides. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats clients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains appropriate documentation of services and complying with State and Federal regulations. Participates in on-going agency meetings and conducts in-service and training for agency staff on ongoing basis. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in state where practicing.
