Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on, active rehabilitation for patients with TBI, post-concussive symptoms, and neurologic functional impairments. Perform comprehensive assessments addressing balance, vestibular function, cervical biomechanics, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and functional mobility. Provide vestibular therapy including gaze stabilization, habituation exercises, balance training, and canalith repositioning techniques when indicated. Implement individualized treatment plans incorporating physical therapy, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and occupation-based strategies.
