Develop, write and implement IFSP's for infants and young children. Participate in multi-disciplinary team and provide consultation, training, and supervision to other staff members. Complete reports, record progress and interpret reports to families and other staff members. Serve as advocate for parents and child's first 766 evaluations when leaving the Early Childhood Intervention program. Actively participate in case conferences and in-service education trainings as required. Choose appropriate training materials. Perform duties consistent with agency/program policies and procedures. Execute duties to reflect reasonable safety standards. Standard precautions must be utilized and training obtained in areas that constitute risk. Perform other related work duties as needed or as assigned by supervisor or designee. Must have accurate or correctable auditory and visual abilities to observe children and maintain safety.
