The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in active rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and functional movement-based treatment. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to support recovery of balance, coordination, mobility, and daily functional abilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on, active rehabilitation for patients with TBI, post-concussive symptoms, and neurologic functional impairments. Perform comprehensive assessments addressing balance, vestibular function, cervical biomechanics, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and functional mobility. Provide vestibular therapy including gaze stabilization, habituation exercises, balance training, and canalith repositioning techniques when indicated. Implement individualized treatment plans incorporating physical therapy, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and occupation-based strategies. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing initial patient evaluations and plans/implements treatment programs, monitoring patient's progress toward treatment goals, communicating with referring physicians, and documenting and completing daily charge tickets.
