Ability to present professional literature/research at departmental Journal Club Education Series Maintain self-directed continued education in the field of clinical exercise physiology, stress testing and/or rehabilitation Proficiency with Exercise testing - ECG, stress echo, stress nuclear, pharmacologic, metabolic stress (CPET invasive and non-invasive) and pediatric. ( no Cardiac Rehab Duties) OR Cardiac Rehab Physiology Duties plus Exercise - ECG, stress echo, metabolic stress ( CPET non-invasive) Carry out senior administrative duties as requested by chief physiologist and troubleshoot software difficulties Interpersonal skills sufficient to work directly with patients and effectively interact with physicians, nurses, and other staff members. Compensation Range: $24.28- $35.10 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the most appropriate AAC and AT solutions tailored to each stage of ALS progression. * Implement and support alternative access strategies, including: * Voice control (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant, Alexa, Dragon, etc.) * Built-in accessibility features (e.g., Voice Control, Eye Tracking, Dwell Click, Keyboard Access, Switch Control) across iOS, Android, Windows, and mac OS * Assess and implement specialized access methods ranging from low to high tech including use of typing aids, sticky keys, switch activation, custom interface adaptations, head mouse, and eye tracking. * Assess mounting solutions with strong emphasis on best current adaptation and preparation for future needs. * Collaborate with patients, SLPs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers. * Train patients and care teams in using selected AAC systems and access tools effectively. * Monitor changes in physical ability and adapt access methods accordingly. * Provide documentation for funding, insurance, and care continuity. * Stay current with advances in AAC, AT, and platform-specific accessibility tools.
