Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team of professionals are dedicated to a successful recovery and uses state-of-the-art, innovative approaches to help the patient achieve the best outcome. The Physical Therapist is responsible to manage the care of the patient, managing quality of all related outcomes. The Therapist participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, manages resources to meet the needs of the patient balancing outcomes to provide effective and efficient treatment. Supervises clinically all assistants and aides of patients to which the Therapist is directing or overseeing the delivery of services according to an established plan of care. Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.
Competencies:
Provides and directs patient rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
Evaluates patient's needs and establishes effective and efficient treatment plans for the patient assigned.
Manages and coordinates the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated.
Participates in the screening of all patients according to directed schedules and practices.

Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
