What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills in pediatric clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address developmental delays, sensory integration challenges, or physical impairments. What We're Looking For: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families. Knowledge of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and pediatric rehabilitation techniques.
