The Olympic Club in San Francisco, the oldest private athletic club in the nation, is seeking talented and dedicated teachers of basketball to coach in our OC Elite AAU program. The OC Elite program is widely recognized as the premier teaching AAU program in the Bay Area. Those interested in applying should have a strong focus on teaching skill development and improving players. Practices are held from 4:00-6:00pm twice a week and games and tournaments are played on weekends. This part-time role includes coaching sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00-9:00 AM. Responsibilities include: Creating and coaching challenging workouts for former Division I athletes to intermediate-level swimmers. Fostering a positive, motivating environment that supports both pool and open water competitive goals. Potential opportunities to coach and compete at local USMS meets and USMS Nationals.
