Job Description
Assume a critical role in overseeing all processing area electrical and instrumentation planning activities. Execute complex electrical and instrumentation/control installation and repair on Crushing, Conveying, Grinding, Gold Recovery, and Water Treatment Facilities. Ensure compliance with National Electric Code (NEC) and National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA 70) standards.
Implement rigorous planning and scheduling for maintenance activities and projects in accordance with company procedures.
Collaborate with E&I Supervisor and Technicians to develop comprehensive work requests, procedures, and standardized work packages for regular maintenance activities.
Conduct thorough analysis of maintenance costs and performance indicators, generating strategic improvement initiatives and cost optimizations.
Develop and implement a robust plan for supervision of internal & external resources during non-standard hours for shutdowns and critical works.
Identify critical spares, develop detailed bill of materials, and maintain an organized inventory of essential parts and supplies.
Oversee installation, repair, modification, calibration, and preventative maintenance of complex electrical equipment and instrumentation systems.
Monitor work performed by contractors and capital projects team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Implement and maintain effective cost and manpower controls through a formal maintenance management program.
Actively participate in safety programs and coordinate comprehensive training for assigned staff.
Prepare clear, concise reports and contribute to the annual budget preparation process with detailed analysis and projections.
Qualifications
The successful candidate for this critical role must possess the following qualifications:
A relevant Electrical Engineering Degree or Certificate is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential.
Extensive planning experience in a continuous production/process plant environment is required.
Demonstrated expertise with fixed equipment, crushing, grinding, milling plant, rotating equipment, and pressure vessels is crucial.
A minimum of 5-10 years of Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation experience is necessary.
Project management experience is strongly preferred.
Proven track record in developing and implementing Electrical and Instrumentation Preventative maintenance programs is required.

Must be able to work shift work with 12-hour shifts.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Drilling Superintendent, our Drilling Supervisor will be responsible for leading and operating drill sites for Exploration group needs. The principal objective of this role is the supervise, coach, lead, motivate, and mentor 2-4 drill crews operating drill rigs and a variety of equipment in accordance with OGC and Government procedures and policies. You'll lead and work with the Drilling team to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations are accomplished.
This role requires a rotating schedule of 10 shifts on and 5 off to support drilling operations:
Lead by example in safety practices, housekeeping, and environmental policies
Conduct and oversee daily equipment inspections, reporting and repairing defects
Monitor drilling activities, manage inventories, and provide daily site reports
Operate and train others on Boart Longyear LF90 core drill and specialty drilling tools
Supervise drill crew, ensuring adherence to procedures and proper sample collection
Coordinate equipment moves to and from drill sites
Oversee maintenance and repair of drilling equipment
Operate various support vehicles and equipment as needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in drilling operations
Collaborate with maintenance team to maximize safe and efficient equipment operation
Perform and lead other duties as required for the Exploration Group
Operate Ford 250 pickup truck
Current equipment includes but not limited to F150's, F250's, Dodge 5500 gas, Dodge 5500 diesel, Propane forklift, Case diesel forklift, Bobcat skid steer, CAT D5K dozer, CAT 420 backhoe, Sterling/International/Freightliner/Ford commercial trucks (Dump, water, and drill support), Allmand light towers, mobile trailers, and Boart Longyear LF90D drill rigs

Experienced in stick welding, arc welding and general fabrication
Ability to layout repair and install piping systems
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing lubrication and hydraulic systems

Oversee social impact assessment and mitigation, ensuring integration into operational planning and decision-making.

Troubleshoot various input elements of control loop, including pressure, temperature, density, mass and flow measurement devices

Tune operation of control loops
Perform PLC troubleshooting and correction
Use of Megger, Multi Meter, Rotation Meter, Power Quality Meter
Troubleshoot Guided Wave and Non-Contacting Radar
Troubleshoot and repair VFD
Troubleshoot and Maintain Soft Starts as well as Across the Line
Able to use proper PPE; Arc Flash protection and FR rated clothing
Familiarity of conveyor belts and their components

Job Description
As a Senior Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies for a variety of underground mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This includes:
Drilling Equipment (Jumbo and Long Hole)
Loading Equipment
Hauling Equipment
Ancillary Equipment
Your goal is to ensure planned maintenance and component replacements meet performance targets such as equipment availability and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
Schedule and plan routine maintenance in collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams.
Track component age and condition using the Pronto CMMS.
Create and manage Bills of Materials (BoMs).
Maintenance Strategy & Execution
Maintain accurate routine maintenance data in Pronto.
Create and manage work orders and requisitions.
Expedite parts and labor as needed.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Assist in developing the annual budget using Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
Provide cost and component updates for budget reforecasting.
Reporting & Analysis
Report monthly on key performance indicators: availability, MTBF, component usage, and cost.
Analyze historical data to support lifecycle planning and budgeting.
Collaboration & Compliance
Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company and government policies.
Provide input and adhere to the Oceana Asset Management Framework (AMF).
Qualifications
Required
5-10 years of maintenance experience (preferably in mining).
2+ years of experience in computer-based planning/scheduling.
Valid driver's license.
Technical qualification in Engineering or Asset Management (highly regarded).
Preferred
Direct experience with underground mining equipment, especially Sandvik, Normet and Caterpillar.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Pronto, and Xeras (or similar ZBB tools).
Familiarity with planning tools such as Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), BoMs, and work packs.

To manage maintain and develop the process control systems of the Haile Gold Operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Responsible for all control systems including programmable controllers, data acquisition systems, operator interfaces and communications networks.
* Monitoring and optimization of control system performance to achieve optimum process plant stability.
* Providing assistance to electrical and instrumentation staff with faultfinding of electrical, control system and instrumentation faults.
* Providing mentoring and training to process plant technical staff.

* Assist technical staff with development of control system strategies for plant improvement projects.

Qualifications
Education:

Job Description
This role is designed to provide support in the form of parts management to all maintenance activities with a primary focus on planned and scheduled work. The Logistics Technician will be responsible for gathering and staging parts for scheduled work and to manage the parts process with the Haile Gold Mine Warehouse and on-site vendor warehouses. This role will assist mechanics and operators with parts ordering when the supervisor or lead is not available. This role will assist with backlog generation from PM and breakdown (reactive) work orders that have not been completed.
Sort received parts for PMs, scheduled backlog work and reactive work.
Place backlog parts in appropriate equipment totes or bin locations according to scheduled work, add order paperwork, log parts on Teams "Part Tracking Log."
Review Maintenance Plan/Schedule daily and identify and stage parts required 24 to 48 hours in advance.
Ensure all vendor parts are received through HGM warehouse.
Ensure returns make it to the respective Warehouse: HGM or Vendor Warehouse. Ensure returns are processed properly with proper paperwork: PO number, WO number, any return paperwork required.
Order parts for breakdown RM work when the maintenance supervisor or lead is not available.
Order parts for CM Maintenance on a properly coded work order.
Deliver parts to field mechanic or shop floor as required.
Close out work orders generated during shift that have been complete. Change type from RM to CM if parts were not available or if work did not get completed.
Inventory parts totes and make notes of any inventory changes. Re-order parts that were removed to use another piece of equipment.
Inventory breakdown parts on the shelves and other staging areas in Parts Room. Fill out inventory sheets. Re-order issued parts on night shift.
Ensure Parts Room is orderly, all trash is removed, and all parts are delivered, placed in totes or returned to the appropriate warehouse.
Ensure the dome tent area is orderly, all trash is removed, and all parts are delivered, placed in totes, or returned to the appropriate warehouse.
Daily email to logistic technicians' group, on shift maintenance supervisor or lead with log sheets, inventory sheets and any information that may be pertinent on the following shifts.

Reporting to the Drilling Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the execution and improvement of drill rigs and support equipment maintenance activities across Exploration. You'll work with the Exploration team to ensure maintenance standards, schedules, and safety expectations are met.

The Electrical & Instrumentation Technician will repair and maintain associated plant equipment for the mill in line with achieving our performance objectives.
Troubleshoot and repair AC & DC circuits and control equipment
Troubleshoot and repair single phase motors and three phase electrical systems
Troubleshoot various input elements of control loop, including pressure, temperature, density, mass and flow measurement devices
Troubleshoot various final control elements of control loop, including discrete and continuous devices
Tune operation of control loops
Perform PLC troubleshooting and correction
Use of Megger, Multi Meter, Rotation Meter, Power Quality Meter
Troubleshoot Guided Wave and Non-Contacting Radar
Troubleshoot and repair VFD
Troubleshoot and Maintain Soft Starts as well as Across the Line
Able to use proper PPE, Arc Flash protection and FR rated clothing
Familiarity of conveyor belts and their components
Able to work on voltages up to 24.9K DC
Other duties as required.
