Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget and that all deliverables are of the highest quality. (25%) Lead and manage IT internal staff and product resources in accordance with IT Business Plan. Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with IT project management standards. Develop project requirements, budgets and schedules, facilitate requirements meeting. Establish milestones, anticipate issues and monitor adherence to project scope, requirements and design document, schedules. Ensure project documentation is accurate and complies to standards. (20%) Collaborate and influence the application of standard processes as defined within the Management Model. Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure adoption of standard processes and procedures that deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels. (15%) Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business stakeholders including IT partners and vendors. Communicate status to key stakeholders on a regular basis, escalate risks as appropriate. (15%) Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. PMP certification required within 2 years of being in role. Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in applying project cost and scope management procedures in challenging and complex situations. Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in project risk management and resolving project issues in challenging and complex situations. Demonstrates high levels of competence in building, leading, and managing IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
