Pros of working at OceanFirst Bank

There was nothing enjoyable about working for ocean first.

Cons of working at OceanFirst Bank

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. There is no communication, no one knows what’s going on half the time and the “supervisors” don’t want to answer any questions or help with anything. It is a complete joke and it’s shocking they haven’t been shut down yet.

OceanFirst Bank benefits

Nothing, there were no perks or benefits.
