New PEPRA/Non-Classic members are under a 2% @ 62 formula with a 9.5% employee share. The City of Pismo Beach does participate in Social Security. The City also contributes $17,000 annually into a 457 deferred compensation retirement plan account. Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads and quotes within 10 minutes of receipt
Make daily outbound follow-up calls to prospects and prior quotes
Ask directly for the sale and move decisions forward
Bind new Personal Lines, Specialty, and Umbrella policies

Under the supervision of the Coordinator of Aquatics and Safety Programs, the Lifeguard is responsible for the supervision of the Cal Poly Recreation Center pools and pool area during recreational swimming hours and fitness and instructional program hours. Additional lifeguard duties may include supervision of programs at the Anderson Aquatic Center and Poly Canyon Village pool. General responsibilities are to ensure that a safe and enjoyable environment is maintained. Lifeguards are also responsible for opening and securing pool facilities.

Title 22 First Aid or EMT certification is preferred.
Previous lifeguard experience preferred.
