Essential Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations.
Identify problem/root causes and develops alternative courses of action and make decisions that are based on logical assumptions that reflect factual information.
: Excellent oral, written, phone, and face-to-face communication skills with associates, customers, and managers.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
: Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue: operate company equipment safely and responsibly, and comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to the safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles.
Product Management: load outs, inventories, quality-stains/damage, tape changes.
Product Knowledge: pricing, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product application.
Load truck: organization, the night before service, invoices, check rails.
Unload Truck: check-in, prepare for the next day.
Account appearance: organization of shelves, rails, warmers, etc.
Truck Maintenance: timely communication of repairs, PM, and accidents.
Paperwork: work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy (NOG billing), credits.

: Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services. Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed sales objectives.
: Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services, develop positive relationships with principal customer contacts, maintain an enthusiastic and professional attitude and maximize customer contract terms.
Minimum of three years of experience in sales or a route sales role
Must possess a professional appearance.
Must be able to consistently lift 35 pounds.
Must be able to drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily.
Must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have an excellent driving record.
Should possess a sense of direction/knowledge of the area.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
