Sam Bobley is Co-founder & CEO at Ocrolus, a fintech infrastructure company that powers underwriting processes for lenders like OnDeck and SoFi.

He started building Ocrolus in his parent’s kitchen when he was 22-years-old. Six years later, the company employs nearly 1,000 people globally, spread across four offices. As Ocrolus matured, Sam authored a patent application and helped raise more than $30 million in venture capital. He was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Finance, Class of 2020.

With over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, operations, and finance, Michael will leverage his robust experience to scale Ocrolus’ revenue strategies. Prior to Ocrolus, Michael was Chief Revenue Officer at Reonomy, a Series D Commercial Real Estate Data and Intelligence platform. At Reonomy, he helped the company double its revenue and customer count. Before Reonomy, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales at Namely, where he was a driving force in expanding the HR technology company from 25 customers and $200K in annual revenue, to 1,200 customers and $60M+ in ARR.

I lead the engineering, data and product teams at Ocrolus where our human-in-the-loop AI technology is transforming the way fintech companies manage document workflows.

My career has varied from running large strategic technology projects within Fortune 500 companies to advising the world’s top technology companies to scaling top global tech startups. This gave me extensive experience with both high stakes, high budget strategic environments as well as fast-moving innovative teams in new markets.

My experience in digital strategy is supported by an MBA from MIT where I was a Sloan Fellow. My technology understanding stems from advanced engineering degrees and published research in machine learning and artificial intelligence combined with two decades of practical experience. I'm a Senior Member of the IEEE and still get my hands dirty most weeks with electronics and AI. I draw leadership acumen from my time as a technical mountain rescue volunteer, yacht skipper and pilot.
