Octapharma Plasma Leadership

Judy Smith has spent more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical and plasma industries. Always on the front line of innovation and advancement, Judy and her team have lead the expansion of Octapharma Plasma’s U.S. operations in support of the growing demand for plasma-derived medicines. This vision supports Octapharma’s corporate mission of improving the health and lives of donors and patients. With Judy at the helm, Octapharma Plasma Inc. has evolved from 300 employees and 12 centers to more than 3,000 employees and 45 plasma collection centers across the U.S. She has also championed the construction and completion of Octapharma Plasma’s new state-of-the-art, high-tech testing laboratory and plasma storage facility that houses all corporate operations for the Charlotte, NC, headquarters. Prior to joining Octapharma in 2008, Judy was vice president of plasma operations at ZLB Plasma in Boca Raton, FL. Judy holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Barbara Fleming Campbell is an Executive Assistant to Board Member, Executive Vice President & COO and Vice President of Finance at Octapharma Plasma and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has worked as Operations Manager at Cybersettle and Executive Secretary at Maryland and Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association, Incorporated. Barbara attended University of Utah between 1995 and 1997, MERCY COLLEGE between 1998 and 1998, and Salt Lake Community College between 1993 and 1995.

Rebecca (Becki) Huff is an Executive Assistant at Honeywell International Inc. (HQ) and Executive Assistant to COO at Octapharma Plasma and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has worked as Grants Manager/Office Manager at Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland, Sr. Administrative Assistant at TIMKEN CO, and President's Administrator at Rotary Club Of Canton. Rebecca studied at Stark State College between 2005 and 2008.
