This team is also responsible for trade reconciliation, which includes trade confirmations, 48hr. notice, security settlements, pair off and margin call maintenance.

This position is responsible for mortgage debt collections. The Finance Chief Risk Office ("FINCRO") organization is responsible for second-line oversight of regulatory capital management, including the measurement and reporting of spot regulatory capital and risk weighted assets ("RWA"). FINCRO's oversight of spot RWA and capital measurements includes both ex-ante and ex-post independent review and challenge of Citigroup's regulatory capital calculation and reporting processes and capital planning processes. FINCRO is an integral part of the Independent Risk Management function of Citigroup.
The Regulatory Capital Interpretation and Analysis Team ("CIAT") within FINCRO provides the second line independent review and approval of interpretative conclusions made by the Regulatory Capital Policy Group ('RCPG") within Finance- Capital Controllers for the Basel III Risk Weighted Asset ("RWA") treatment for complex transactions globally. The CIAT function plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of Citi's externally reported RWA actuals under Basel III and is actively involved in the internal review and approval of the upcoming end game enhancements to Basel III.

The Finance Discovery PM/BA (C13) will be responsible for leading analysis across Discovery workstreams to identify, challenge and analyze key scope considerations for the program. This will include both performing analysis, as well as providing support and direction to other BAs across the program. The role will also help manage the plan, dependencies, and deliverables. The candidate should have experience working across complex projects with multiple stakeholders and be comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams.
Business / Team Overview
The Discovery team within the Strategic Ledger Program plays a pivotal part in ensuring all scoping hypothesis to achieve a target state are thoroughly explored. There are 9 workstreams performing discovery work across 3 pillars, accounting, data and technology. At the end of discovery these workstreams would have produced a number of artifacts that will enable senior leaders to decide on scope and timeline for execution.
The scope of the program includes:
* Centralize and standardize accounting into global accounting hubs and sub-ledgers
* Implement a standard sub ledger and general ledger for the firm
* Replace Citi's current Operating and Reporting ledgers, including those embedded in bank-in-a-box platforms such as Flexcube
* Automate and streamline accounting and ledger processes and controls
* Address source data quality issues impacting ledgers in partnership with enterprise-wide data priorities
* Align contractual and instrument level balances and positions with financial balances
Key responsibilities in the role:
* Drive analysis across multiple workstreams to identify and align scope/design considerations (e.g., Data sourcing, financial processes, financial reporting, regulatory reporting)
* Translate analysis into meaningful deliverables (e.g., current state assessment, fit-gap analysis, requirements, design decisions)
* Lead workshops with Business and Technology stakeholders
* Draft requirements, and review with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Business and Finance Teams, Controllers, Technology)
* Support project management activities such as planning, risk and issue resolution, dependency management
* Prepare materials for key stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure they are kept informed and have the right information to hand to make key decisions as required
* Build strong relationships with workstream leads, PMO team, and business stakeholders
What knowledge, skills and experience we'll need from you:
Ideal candidates would have experience in a Controller, Reporting, Finance Transformation for NAM at Citi or a similar institution. And experience working on change programs such as platform implementation, BAU enhancement and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate would also be highly motivated, team oriented, and a proactive problem solver. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner to various levels of stakeholders including both end users and senior/executive leadership. They must feel comfortable navigating complex and ever-changing environments and be flexible with using both their Business Analyst and Project Management skillset.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 7+ years of relevant work experience with global corporations and financial services experience gained in Banking or in an associated consulting role
* Strong written/verbal communications skills; must be concise, articulate, and persuasive with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions and the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
* Understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP Accounting rules and COA
* Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar ledger platforms required e.g. Full Suite, Peoplesoft
* Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating to deliver change in fast-paced project environments
* Ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organization
* Problem solving and creative thinking, with a strong attention to detail
* Growth mindset, seeking and implementing feedback and maintaining flexibility to pivot and course correct as needed
* A self-starter, able to operate independently
* Experience with SaaS enabled ERP transformations (Oracle, SAP, Workday) or regulatory reporting would be a plus
* Project management certification (PMP, Prince or equivalent) desired
* Microsoft Excel proficient, able to analyze big data set

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

The Coordinator, Customer Resolutions - Flex Agent is a call center phone agent position within the Company's forward mortgage servicing business. This position reports to a Team Lead, Customer Resolutions and works independently on a team located in one of four sites: West Palm Beach, Fl, Mount Laurel, NJ, St. Croix, USVI, or Rancho Cordova, CA. This position is responsible for mortgage debt collections. The agent's role is to make phone calls to homeowners to collect loan payments, resolve delinquent loans, and address customer service inquiries through retention and liquidation strategies while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, courteous customer service, and promptness in all interactions. Agents in this role are required to use scripting and adhere to investor servicing guidelines, internal policies and procedures.
Work Schedule:
* Scheduled work hours are 12 pm to 9 pm Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
* This is a 100% in-office position. Employee must be within commutable distance to the office location and available to work in the office. Office location is in West Palm Beach, Fl.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:
* Contact customers who are delinquent with their mortgage loan payments via phone to collect debts
* Complete financial interviews with customers to document the reason for payment delinquency and assist them with establishing repayment options
* Research and resolve issues that impact the mortgage loan due dates and delinquency
* Utilize required scripted materials to provide accurate solutions to customers
* Document all customer interactions and repayment agreements in the Company's system of record
* Use several Company applications simultaneously on multiple monitors to complete required tasks
* Ensure loss mitigation assistance package requests are sent to, completed and returned by customers in a timely manner
* Communicate with authorized third parties as required

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
