Job Responsibilities
+ Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.

Specific Responsibilities
The Lease Operator Sr is a first-level supervisor, under the direction and training of the foreman. The Lease Operator Sr is responsible for the coordination and onsite supervision of contractors and service companies during new-well completions and workovers and performs other related assigned duties.
Gauge production on assigned wells, and report gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information to district office.

Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor which are unique to the assigned geographic area.

Must have a general knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations.
Must have an interest in gaining knowledge of engineering principles and an understanding of subsurface and surface equipment and operations.

Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.
Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.
Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.
Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.
Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.

Essential Duties : (Approximate % of Time Spent)
Effectively coordinates the deployment of equipment, materials and personnel to job sites at optimum utilization and minimum cost across one or more service delivery processes such as basic preventative maintenance or call out / repair. (~20%)
Ensures that Service Requests (SR's) are initiated, managed and processed in a timely manner. Manages labor to deliver company maintenance standard. (~30%)
Compiles and conveys job-specific information to Field Service Technicians, other Service Managers and/or Senior Manager(s). Coordinates work with other Service Managers/Coordinators to minimize equipment downtime and most effectively utilize personnel. (~10%)
Evaluates safety, quality, schedule and budget performance versus benchmarks. Participates in weekly management reviews of operational measures and corrective actions, evaluates against benchmarks, and develops, communicates and executes action plans for improvement. (~10%)

Job Requirements
Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.
Work Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Dialysis experience is required.
Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
