Mark Green currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zenetex, LLC, one of the fastest growing professional support services companies in the metro Washington DC area. Since bringing a new management team aboard in September 2008, Mark's primary focus has been to provide strategic business direction to drive the growth and market diversity of Zenetex. Under his leadership, Zenetex has expanded beyond its original business line of IT Service Management, to now include professional support services for Aviation Maintenance & Repair, Engineering, Foreign Military Sales, Intelligence, IT Operations, Logistics, Program Management, Public Relations, Special Access Programs, Strategic Communications & Planning, and Training Systems. By employing Mark’s growth strategy and creating a customer and employee focused company culture, Zenetex has been able to achieve tremendous organic expansion, and has also made strategic acquisitions of kglobal in 2011, and Delex Systems in 2016. Zenetex now operates in 25 states, 4 foreign countries, and employs over 1200 people. Previously, Mark served as the President of the Technology Solutions Group (TSG) of Anteon Corporation. He was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Information Spectrum Inc. (ISI), which was acquired by the Anteon Corporation in May of 2003. With Mark at the helm, ISI aggressively built upon its existing foundations and grew from $28 million in 1989 revenue to over $130 million in 2002 revenue with over 1,200 employees. ISI also became a leading systems integrator of card technology applications, counting among its achievements the development of the integrated card production systems in use today for production of Department of Homeland Security identification cards by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. Outside of Zenetex, Mark enjoys spending time with his son and Cornell graduate Brian, and daughter and University of Texas graduate Danielle. He also enjoys playing golf and is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Tulane University and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. He is a member of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and was a Washington, D.C. Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tom Curtis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his naval aviation career spanning nearly three decades as a fleet pilot and engineering test pilot. In one of his most notable roles, Tom served as the Navy’s chief engineer for the V-22 Osprey Tiltrotor aircraft where he was responsible for all V-22 design decisions. In his last Navy tour, Tom served as program manager for a complete redesign and fielding of the Marine Corps’ newest helicopters, the AH 1Z and UH 1Y.
