Assist in preparing and updating program office file management documents. Prepare agendas, reports, and briefings for staff meetings. Ensure administrative taskers/packages meet or precede their suspense deadlines. Draft, edit, and staff both military and civilian appraisals and Awards and Decorations. Perform additional administrative tasks as required in support of customer organization. Have access to and perform administrative duties in ATAAPS and DTS. Provide functional and consultative support to USAFSAM/PHR on investigations and data requests in relation to the Hearing Conservation Program. Contribute to the field units through active participation in professional conferences, publications of peer-reviewed manuscripts, and presentations to a variety of audiences. Assist USAFSAM/PHR during collaborative efforts to increase data sharing capabilities and surveillance partnerships with base level users and other principal stakeholders in the USAFSAM/PHR surveillance systems. Provide regular technical reports and worksheets using DOEHRS-HC/DR data when requested by base-level personnel, USAFSAM/PHR, the MAJCOM, Air Force MedicalReadiness Agency (AFMRA), and Defense Health Agency (DHA). (CDRL- A007, Technical Reports). Provide Field, Education & Training, and Research Support. Interface at the unit level with regularly scheduled site visits to review unit level HC program management.
