    Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Executive Assistant supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication and Positioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate (CG) in the United States Space Force. This position will support the SSC/CG program office as it rapidly premier capabilities resilient to the threat by the relentless pursuit of warfighter needs and acquisition excellence. As an Acquisition Specialist you will support the Delta/Division Action Group (DAG) in day-to-day business operations, planning, programming, budget, and execution (PPBE), acquisition reporting, management and communications/media. This is a full-time opportunity located in LA, CA. ***Contingent upon contract award*** Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Manage tasks received by but not limited to email, telephone, or Task Management Tool. Effectively receive, document, generate, distribute, track and close tasks at the Directorate level to the maximum extent possible. Open, read, understand, and properly distribute tasks to the responsible 3-letters, accordingly, supplying supporting references as available or closing tasks when possible prior to distribution. Coordinate with 3-letter and Front Office personnel and track the status of all tasks, action items, suspense, and responses at a minimum from receipt through closure with the originator. Schedule and distribute recurring tasks and program-related materials, review and evaluate tracking and tasking processes of both the Directorate and 3-letters, track suspense, monitor status, provide action item coordination and accurate reviews. Ensure timeliness, recommend changes, and provide quality control of presentations, briefings, and media relations for the PEO. As an Acquisition Specialist you will support the Delta/Division Action Group (DAG) in day-to-day business operations, planning, programming, budget, and execution (PPBE), acquisition reporting, management and communications/media. This is a full-time opportunity located in LA, CA. ***Contingent upon contract award*** Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Analyze various phases of the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process as it applies to the administration and management of all programs within the Directorate and provide the Government recommendations Maintain processes for accurately and thoroughly responding to planning, programming, budgeting, and execution management activities in accordance with official directives, regulations, and guidance Provide expertise for Government budgets, foreign military sales funding, other foreign Government funding, and international partner agreements Perform research, conduct reviews, and provide assessments Support the development of the Program Objective Memorandum, Staffer Day preparations, Spring Program Reviews, Investment Budget Review, Program Management Reviews, Mid-year Execution Reviews, Baseline Execution Reviews, Vice-Commander's Forum, Financial Management Reviews, Acquisition Mission Support, Business Management Reviews, and other budget execution activities Provide detailed, quantifiable documentation and thorough justification for assessment findings, corrective action plans, and recommendations ***Contingent upon contract award*** Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: At least 9 years of experience in related field Preferred Qualifications Education & Years of Experience: Associates degree or higher and at least 7 years of experience in related field OR Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a related field.
