About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Manages subordinate supervisors/managers in the Customs Brokerage department.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Directly supervises non-supervisory employees.
Carry out supervisory responsibility in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include; interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Prepares entry papers from shipper's invoice in accordance with U.S. Customs Service regulations, and regulations of other federal agencies bearing on importation of goods such as Environmental Protection Agency and Food and Drug Administration.
Files papers with Customs Service and arranges for payment of duties.
Quotes duty rates on goods to be imported.
Prepares papers for shippers desiring to appeal duty charges imposed by Customs Service.
Provides for storage of imported goods and for transportation of imported goods from port to destination final destination.
Classifies codes for U.S. Customs and ensuring that duties/taxes/fees are paid.
Complies with U.S. Customs by keeping digital and hard copies of records on file.

As a Field Service Technician - Network you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecommunications products and equipment that TDS sells and leases (Key Systems, PBX, Centrex Systems, and/or other business systems). In this position you will perform work associated with splicing and maintaining outside plant facilities and equipment. You will install, splice, repair, and maintain aerial, buried, and/or underground fiber optic and copper cable. As a FST-Network you will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of telecommunications. As the FST-Network you will have direct, face-to-face contact with our customers and are expected to be proactive with the sales of TDS services and products. Services include, but are not limited to, Telephony, Video/CATV/DBS, Internet, and/or high speed networks.
In this position you will exceed customer expectations by performing extraordinary customer service, identifying customer needs, and providing them with communications solutions. You will also understand how to use and demonstrate TDS products and seeks sales opportunities while educating the customer. Products & services include (but are not limited to): Local Service, Central Office Services, Structured Cabling, MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes), Voice Mail, Audio and/or Video Conferencing and Non-regulated CPE. As a FST-Network you may be responsible for performing varied or additional duties to meet demands of TDS which may include duties of other Field Services Technician positions.
Due to in-field support and on-call requirements, the individual selected for this position will be required to reside within a 60-minute driving distance from the Port Byron, New York warehouse located at: 50 Main Street - Port Byron, NY 13140.
This position can be hired at either a Field Service Technician (requisition ID #2025-28357) or Field Service Technician-Network (requisition ID #2025-28358) level depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate. Responsibilities
* Assists with and performs on-site installing, troubleshooting, testing, splicing, repairing, and maintaining telephone equipment and general network equipment, customer premise equipment, Video/CATV/DBS, fiber optic/copper facilities and/or other TDS products & services for new and existing customers. Identifies location of defective cable using various test equipment and repairs buried, aerial, underground and/or customer cable. Locates cable and fiber in response to customer requests and/or construction needs. Pole climbing and operating construction equipment is required. Locates, identifies and marks company underground and buried facilities to prevent facilities from being damaged. Keeps orderly log of all locate requests in our exchange area. Performs cable fault acceptance tests on newly constructed facilities.
* Assists with and provides troubleshooting support techniques and corrections. Responds to "trouble" dispatches.
* Assists with and provides support for enhancing and maintaining record systems (cross connects, line groups, network elements, etc.).
* Provides excellent customer service. Proactively educates and sells TDS products and services to customers.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* 1+ year basic technical telecommunications experience -OR- current/prior military service with honorable discharge.

* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
* Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs.

* Upon hire, must successfully complete customer-specific requirements, which may include a background check administered by the customer.
* Requires being available for on-call/standby responsibilities and may require occasional travel. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts focused on advanced data analytics, forecasting, and business insights.
Participate in the build-out of Presidio's enterprise data warehouse
Define and execute a strategic roadmap for financial analytics to enable better forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and decision support across the enterprise.
Collaborate with senior executives to establish key financial performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational objectives and drive accountability.
Foster a culture of data literacy and analytical rigor across the Finance function and beyond.
Financial Planning & Performance Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise-level financial models ensuring analytical consistency across business units.
Guide the team in developing and interpreting complex financial and operational datasets to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability improvement.
Provide executive-level insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis of financial performance, market trends, and internal metrics.
Partner with functional leaders to ensure that analytics are used to support decision making, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning.
Data Analytics & Systems Oversight:
Direct the evolution of financial analytics capabilities, including integration with enterprise data warehouse, financial systems (e.g., D365, OneStream, Salesforce), and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Champion automation, data governance, and analytics best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure systems infrastructure supports advanced analytics and business intelligence needs.
Maintain strong understanding of emerging analytics technologies and recommend solutions to enhance Presidio's financial insight capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven leadership in managing high-performing financial analytics teams.

Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement methodologies.

Demonstrated customer service and sales skills, as well as effective communications skills (verbal and written) for interaction with internal and external customers.
