Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sales managers also function as a sales manager that is responsible for the sales of OEM products. As an original equipment manufacturer sales manager, you will identify potential customers, create a marketing strategy to reach customers, assure them of your products, negotiate with customers, and organize training on how to use your products. Also, you will manage all sales proposals activities, assist the marketing department with marketing campaigns, supervise and train your sales team, and ensure progress is made towards attaining your sales target.
