Mr. Farrell has been our Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. From November 2014 through December 2015 Mr. Farrell had been our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. From May 2007 through October 2014, Mr. Farrell had been our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and from September 2006 through May 2007, he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Farrell was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alpharma Inc. from April 2002 through August 2006. From July 2000 through April 2002, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications at Ingersoll-Rand Ltd. From November 1994 through June 2000, he held various senior financial positions at AlliedSignal Inc. Mr. Farrell currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Lydall, Inc., a supplier of engineered thermal, acoustical and filtration products.

Anthony J. Allott has been one of our Directors since June 2006 and has been our Chief Executive Officer since March 2006 and our President since August 2004. Mr. Allott was also our Chief Operating Officer from May 2005 until March 2006. From May 2002 until August 2004, Mr. Allott was our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining us, Mr. Allott was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Extrusion Technologies, Inc., or AET, a manufacturer of flexible packaging, since July 1996. From July 1994 until July 1996, Mr. Allott was Vice President and Treasurer of AET. From 1992 until July 1994, Mr. Allott was Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting of Ground Round Restaurants. Prior to that, Mr. Allott was a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

R. Howard Coker is President and CEO of Sonoco. In this role, Coker has global leadership, sales and operating responsibility for all of the Company’s diversified consumer, industrial and protective packaging businesses.

Mr Delia joined Amcor in 2005. He was appointed to his current role in April 2015 and is based in Zurich. His former positions at Amcor have been: Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Amcor Ltd (2011-2015) based in Melbourne; Vice President and General Manager, Amcor Rigid Plastics Latin America (2008-2011) based in Miami; Executive Vice President Corporate Operations, Amcor Ltd (2005-2008) based in Melbourne and Brussels. Prior to joining Amcor, Mr Delia was an Associate Principal, McKinsey & Company based in New York and held senior commercial roles in American National Can Co., based in New Jersey.

Jared Leishman is a Chief Executive Officer at Capstone Nutrition and is based in Ogden, Utah. He has worked as Financial Service Representative at Fidelity Investments, Senior Auditor at Deloitte, and Chief Operating Officer at Capstone Nutrition. Jared studied at Westminster College between 1997 and 2000 and Westminster College between 2000 and 2002.

Keith Dougherty is the current Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Roland Foods. He previously worked at Essendant as a Senior Vice President (SVP), Merchandising, Inventory and Pricing. Keith Dougherty attended Princeton University.
