Pros of working at Offensive Security

It has been amazing to work with such talented, humble, and caring people. The team really makes it worth working here. That, and the mission of the company is meaningful to individual learners and corporations who want to continue to grow stronger with their security posture and skill set.

Cons of working at Offensive Security

Some of the main Leaders of the company micromanage, yell at people, and have no clear direction about what would make the company successful other than money. They do not seem to care about the industry or the reputation of the company and those who have worked very hard to build this company and brand.

Offensive Security benefits

Being able to constantly learn and be mentored by the best people in the industry

What do you like best about Offensive Security's CEO and the leadership team?

The CEO and most of the leadership team are not kind, do not care about others and often use buzz words in company meetings rather than honesty. There is one person who is honest, kind, open to suggestion and experienced in this field, which is a major asset to the company and the team.

How would you improve Offensive Security's culture?

I would replace most of the leadership team.

How did you prepare for the Offensive Security interview?

I didn't. I was just myself.

How does your compensation at Offensive Security compare to the industry average?

The overall compensation and benefits are in line with the industry average.

What's the diversity at Offensive Security like?

We have a very diverse, globally dispersed company.

What brings you the most joy at Offensive Security?

I love to interact with the community and with the team. It makes the day go by much faster.
