The information above represents the overall expectation of the entire Summer Leadership Staff team. That team consists of 5 different positions. Those positions are as follows:
Program Lead: Upfront, outgoing personality. Responsible to plan, prepare, and lead the summer camp schedule. Silly songs, skits, running games, icebreakers, etc...
Head Cabin Leader: Ideally an experienced cabin leader who is relationally focused and is excited to assist and support cabin leaders with behavior management, cabin coverage, etc...
Worship Lead: Responsible to lead the worship team in creating dynamic worship experiences for our summer camp programs at the Grace Adventures and Paradise Ranch campuses.
Adventure Lead: Responsible for leading and supporting the adventure staff team in delivering the summer camp program with excellence.
High School Lead: Responsible for the leadership and implementation of the high school service week program on the Grace Adventures campus.
