Work Schedule:
This is a full time weekend position, non-exempt (hourly) position.
This department offers a 4-10 work schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and flex 4th day)

Responsibilities:
Echocardiography imaging: Perform comprehensive, diagnostic images using 2D, 3D, color imaging to evaluate the structure and function of the heart.
Patient care: Ensure each echo is done in a patient-centered, comfortable and safe environment. Sonographers explain the process to patients and alert physicians of critical findings or changes in patient condition that require further evaluation.
Reporting: Prepare preliminary echo reports including relevant measurements.
Outreach: Willingness to participate in outreach clinics up to once a month, including potential overnight stays at clinics that serve rural locations in NM with no other access to congenital cardiac care.
Call: Participate in weeknight and weekend call. Sonographers take "Home Call" with call pay. On average, sonographers are called in overnight approximately once a month. Weekend call is typically 2-6 echoes on Saturdays and Sundays, and triaged by the on call pediatric cardiologist.
Collaboration: Work as a team with fellow sonographers and physicians to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal imaging for every patient.
Equipment maintenance: Assist echo lab managers with maintaining equipment and performing quality control.
Continuing Education: Participate in educational sessions to ensure we provide the most up-to-date care to our patients.
Qualifications:
Level I Cardiac Sonographer
Graduate of a two (2) year Allied Health Training Program in Ultrasound Technology or a graduate of bachelors program in health science (including, but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, or nursing).
0-4 years experience inpatient/outpatient cardiac ultrasound.
ARDMS/RDCS (AE) OR CCI (RCS) credential
BLS REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE
New Mexico State Licensure under the New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Program (NMRTT) - New graduates must obtain within 90 days
Level II Cardiac Sonographer
Graduate of a two (2) year Allied Health Training Program in Ultrasound Technology or a graduate of bachelors program in health science (including, but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, or nursing). 6 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4-8 years experience inpatient/outpatient cardiac ultrasound.

+ Support the Interiors team that may consist of Senior Project Manager's, Project Managers, APM's and Project Engineers including information flow between office, field, vendors and general contractors.
+ Coordination of job start and job close
+ Contract routing
+ Data entry for weekly field employee hours, processing of material to purchasing agent
+ Work with personnel to assist in data entry for job tasks
+ Maintain and update job files, controlled forms/logs
+ Order drawings for field/office personnel

**ABOUT YOU**
You have general administrative experience and bring a wide skillset that includes organizational, time management, and project manager skills. Program Administrator (FSY)
This position administers assigned For the Strength of Youth (FSY) program sessions operated for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints within approved budgets. The administrator leads or participates in other department activities to which they are assigned. Such assignments include leading and serving on department committees, assisting in the hiring of seasonal core leadership employees (young adults), supervising assigned seasonal employees, evaluating programs and personnel, securing FSY locations, working with support services at BYU, communicating with stake representatives, and performing other assigned support responsibilities.
What you'll do in this position:
Program Administration
Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned week-long FSY sessions (between 20-25 each year) throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Maintain excellent relations with various universities, Church Institutes of Religion, and local ecclesiastical leaders where FSY programs are hosted.
Lead department evaluation and planning efforts for various program and department processes and activities as assigned by the Department Director. Assess program needs and develop solutions to meet those needs in assigned areas of responsibility.
Assist the Church in the evaluation and planning of FSY activities.
Financial Planning
Prepare budgets for assigned FSY sessions and manage operations within the approved budget.
Approve and execute transactions in compliance with all University and Church financial, hiring, purchasing, and payroll policies and procedures.
Monitor financial activities and update forecasts for assigned sessions.
Staff Supervision
Participate in the interview and hiring of seasonal core leadership employees for the FSY program.
Effectively staff assigned sessions from those core leadership employees hired.
Supervise ongoing work of assigned part-time student employees.
Train assigned employees, evaluate their work, and provide appropriate feedback and corrective discipline.
What qualifies you for this role:
Required
A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
Bachelor's degree plus two years related work experience or five years related work experience.
Preferred
Previous experience teaching youth and working with young single adults.
Previous project management experience.
Demonstrated organizational skills necessary to plan, administer, and evaluate programs.
Demonstrated ability to track complex details of multiple projects and events at various stages of completion.
Demonstrated public relations skills working positively with important constituents including ecclesiastical leaders, volunteers, and patrons.
Interviewing, organizing, supervising, creative thinking, and marketing experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to produce and administer multiple budgets, track important metrics (registrations, income, and expenses), and provide accurate financial analysis and forecasts.

You'd be the glue that holds the branch together, supporting your team and Branch Manager by handling the administrative functions of the branch. You'd serve as the key contact for employees, clients, regional management, and corporate.
**You'd be responsible for:**
+ Payroll:
+ Ensuring all hourly personnel, weekly timesheets and changes are accurately entered into the payroll system on-time
+ Entering and updating work orders and cost codes for the weekly labor posting
+ Accounting Administration:
+ Generating the weekly aged account receivables report and conducting client follow-up
+ Advising on the most appropriate and effective collection methods, communications, and resources; participating in collection actions as needed
+ Managing purchasing orders and accounts payable invoices, including weekly reporting
+ Keeping work order logs and client billing files up-to-date
+ Preparing month-end and monthly close material as directed by the Controller and Branch Manager
+ General office duties:
+ Answering phones and greeting guests
+ Ordering supplies, filing, and management of incoming and outgoing mail
+ Preparing client proposals, contracts, and correspondence
+ Human Resources:
+ Preparing and maintaining new hire packets, employee personnel files, and I-9 binders
+ Coordinating uniform ordering, distribution, and returns
+ Workers compensation & OSHA reporting
**You might be a good fit if you have:**
+ 2- or 4-year degree in business or a related field and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in a business office with accounting related responsibilities.
