PURPOSE
This position will provide office support and complete duties related to student records and the Guidance Office. This position is 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Interact with students, teachers, and parents.
Maintain all school records, transcripts, grades, test labels and student demographics in eSchool in compliance with state laws and rules and regulations of the Board Office.
Processing grades, testing support, master schedule support, managing student progress on online credit recovery program, supply ordering, registration process support, answering the phone, filing, etc.
Coordinates all aspects of school enrollment and transfers.
Conducts pre-registration of prospective students to determine placement needs, grade level, guardianship, and locations/dates of school attendance to ensure that all records needed for enrollment are available.
Coordinates student transfers/withdrawals, and communicates with appropriate offices regarding transfer/withdrawal information.
Schedules appointments and meetings for students, parents and staff.
Process transcript information to and from colleges, the military, the Department of Social Services, school administrators, employers and high schools.
Maintains documentation on annual enrollment, withdrawals, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education reporting, etc.
Data collection and report generation and analysis.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Publisher), Google applications, experience with student information system helpful.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Perform other duties as necessary to support the mission and vision of Columbia Public School District.

PURPOSE: The Associate Extension Administrator (AEA) is responsible for providing day to day leadership and management for the Lincoln University Cooperative Extension (LUCE) program. The AEA will help lead the development of long-term strategies to enhance LU's Land-grant mission.
