As a Sushi Clerk, this position will be responsible for filling customer orders, handling food in a safe manner, ordering and receiving products, making sure orders are correct, and labeling, dating, and putting product away. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

Working Conditions:
This position is continually exposed to raw fish, flour, dust, noise, and temperature extremes. There is occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals/solvents. This is a fast paced work environment with significant pressure.

Health Unit Coordinator Med/Surg/Peds 0.75 - 0.90 FTE, 60 - 72 Hours a Pay Period Days, Hours between 7 am - 7 pm Weekends: Every Third Weekend Holidays: Every Third Holiday The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is responsible for processing provider orders, maintaining patient records, providing general clerical duties for the Medical/Surgical/Pediatric and Family Birth Center Departments and assisting professional nursing personnel in the delivery of care. Interacts frequently with the providers to assure accuracy of orders and patient care functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Accurately and efficiently processes provider orders and enters these in the electronic medical record. Communicates high priority orders and/or situations to the professional nurses in a timely manner.
* Coordinates treatments and appointments with other departments and/or facilities and ensures the appropriate forms are available as needed.
* Maintains an orderly environment in the nursing station and supplies the desk area with the necessary materials for easy access.
* Coordinates patient visitor flow into the unit assuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
* Participates in and supports continuous improvement event initiatives.
* Demonstrates accuracy and proficiency in processing orders.
* Completes all mandatory training as required by Winona Health.
* Demonstrates exceptional communication skills to ensure patient information is accurate and reflective of their plan of care.
* Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:
Required:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Familiar with Patient Information Database (Cerner)
* Typing skills of at least 60 words per minute
* Must be able to demonstrate a proficient understanding of medical terminology
Preferred:
* Experience as a Medical Secretary or Health Unit Coordinator is preferred
* Completion of a Medical Secretary or a Health Unit Coordinator Program is preferred

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to serve the residents of our retirement and life community. This person will lead and enjoy activities with the residents of our Eagle Crest South community.
What You'll Do
Responsible for assisting the Life Enrichment Coordinator with the development, coordination and leading of activities.
Host large and small group programs as well as one-on-one activities primarily for residents in assisted living, memory care and also independent residents.
Document program attendance and observation of residents from a day-to-day basis.
Complete side projects or tasks such as preparing decorations for events, making posters to advertise events, preparing crafts, helping with certain resident needs, etc.
Responsible for mentoring other staff members and/or volunteers when Life Enrichment Coordinator may not be present.
Report potential resident concerns to Life Enrichment Coordinator and address them in a timely manner.
