Primary Responsibilities: Serves as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and provides comprehensive administrative and general office support. Acts as a concierge for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming, professional front-office experience. Greets and assists customers, vendors, and guests; issues and manages visitor badges, maintains procedures for frequent visitors, and proactively intercepts unauthorized or unscheduled visitors. Oversees the hospitality lounge, ensuring it is consistently stocked, organized, and welcoming. Maintains breakroom supplies, including coffee, utensils, and related amenities. Collect and account for monies received for school lunches and related student activities. Supervise students under disciplinary detention, administers prescribed medications to students.
