PURPOSE
This position will assist the professional Media Specialists with the operation of the circulation desk including daily scheduling, and assisting students and staff. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handles the administrations, planning, scheduling of various programs and activities on campus (drug and alcohol program, Step UP! training, stress management support group, Mental Health Expo, etc.).
ADMINISTERING/MAINTAINING:
Primary administrator for reporting system (currently Maxient) used for reporting issues involving student conduct, Title IX allegations, and academic alerts including documentation and follow-up with involved parties
Timely Care services (mental health, medical, and life coaching service)
Assists COL 101 Coordinator with scheduling and documentation
Student Handbook updates
TRIAGING STUDENTS:
Facilitating intake forms
Scheduling appointments
Making internal department/resource referrals
Assist with setting up Timely Care accounts
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ordering supplies
Updating and maintaining department website and portal pages
Maintaining departmental documentation
Assisting with department event planning
Facilitating renewal of departmental contracts
Assisting with budget management
Creating purchase orders
General administrative support.

NCCBP Academic Integrity Reporting in conjunction with Institution Research
Member of the Student Conduct Committee - Supports student outreach, manages and maintains electronic database (Maxient) for student conduct, early alert, academic reinstatement, student success and academic integrity cases, makes referrals to appropriate persons/agencies, reaches out and follows up with faculty/staff regarding Maxient reports.
Confers with faculty, staff, and administration, and outside agencies/institutions, as needed.
Updates student handbook (on a yearly basis), and any other informational pieces (as needed).
Researches: Protocols and best practices to implement at SCC; resources that are available for SCC students; programs to start at SCC, etc.
Works with career services manager on the 180-day graduate survey and annual job fair. Member of job fair committee.
Updates and creates new webpages and SCC portal as needed.
Provides background checks and enrollment verifications for FBI, college applications, employment, etc.
Orders office supplies, brochures, pamphlets, giveaways, etc. Prepares purchase orders.
Other duties as needed: Arranges meetings, conference registrations, budget, creates brochures and handouts for meetings, works with dean on annual plan, etc.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Lumens Course Management software, Datatel, Microsoft Office applications, publishing software, typing skills, marketing knowledge, customer service skills, general office procedures, and knowledge of non-credit operations preferred.

Overview:
The Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position is responsible for processing all vehicle title and registration documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Deal Posting & Financial Coordination
Review and process all RV deal postings: verify checklists, ensure accuracy of documents and financials, and print commission reports.
Complete all bookkeeping tasks including updating accounting systems, managing petty cash logs, and maintaining AP and credit card spreadsheets.
Handle all aspects of cash handling and payoff checks to lenders.
Submit tax payments and complete title and registration processes for all sold units.
Vehicle Title & Registration Processing
Process all new and used vehicle title transfers for the dealership, and submit applicable documents to the tax office.
Handle all title transfers for out-of-state transactions, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
Complete DMV registration paperwork using accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure all tax and title documentation is properly completed, submitted, and filed.
HR & Employee Support
Act as liaison between store employees and Human Resources.
Oversee onboarding documentation and submission for all new hires at the location.
Assist with employee communication, compliance coordination, and corporate policy support.
Inventory & Warranty Processing
Follow up on trade titles and ensure proper logging of new units.
Register warranties for sold units and submit rebate requests when applicable.
Office & Reception Oversight
Oversee front desk/reception area: create work schedules and fill in as needed.
Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Provide general administrative support to management and departments.
Coordinate with compliance auditors and corporate offices as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all Business Office functions, including billing, collections, payroll, and reporting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration across departments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Oversee all medical billing and cash collections; ensure accurate and timely reporting to corporate personnel
Manage and maintain daily census
Perform and oversee financial screenings for new admissions and payer-type changes
Ensure accuracy and completeness of resident financial files
Ensure timely and accurate billing for all payer sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care
Monitor accounts receivable, audit and adjust resident accounts as needed
Prepare, verify, and mail resident statements
Generate and document collection letters according to policy and procedure
Reconcile Resident Trust accounts monthly and issue quarterly statements
Maintain integrity of all resident financial data
Collaborate closely with other departments and attend required meetings
Manage the full payroll process and submit payroll by established deadlines
To serve as a backup for HR in functions below:
Run background checks for new hires as required by law
Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding processes

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid billing in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home (required)

About Us
Legacy Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Branch Administrator, leading a team of professionals who share a passion for delivering dignity and comfort to patients and families.
What You'll Do
As Branch Administrator, you will oversee all clinical and operational aspects of our hospice services, ensuring compliance, quality of care, and team performance. This leadership role involves:
Managing day-to-day operations of the branch
Leading, supervising, and supporting clinical and administrative staff
Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards
Overseeing quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness
Participating in budgeting and achieving key performance goals
Acting as a resource and occasional support for clinical care, including RN Case Management when needed
Building strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of employment
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of hospice nursing experience
Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
Current BLS/CPR certification
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
