Primary Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development. Oversee workload allocation and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. Web Pricing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for ODP's web channels, balancing profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of pricing models, algorithms, and tools for online platforms. Ensure web pricing aligns with broader strategic pricing initiatives and supports business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure pricing consistency and integration across channels. Collaborate with IT and eCommerce teams to optimize pricing systems, data flows, and automation. Serve as the primary point of contact for web pricing initiatives, communicating strategy, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Data Analysis, Reporting & Optimization : Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of pricing, sales, and competitive data to inform decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead regular reviews of web pricing effectiveness and implement data-driven optimizations. Compliance, Process Improvement & Best Practices: Ensure all web pricing activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices in pricing operations, leveraging technology and automation. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform pricing strategy. Education and Experience: Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Area of Study: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum Years of Experience: 7 Type of Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing, eCommerce, revenue management, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience developing and managing web-based pricing strategies in a B2B or retail (or comparable) environment. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, and pricing or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with pricing optimization software, eCommerce platforms, and IT tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, web analytics tools). Proven ability to lead and develop teams, drive process improvement, and manage cross-functional projects. Experience collaborating with IT, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations teams. Knowledge of dynamic pricing, algorithmic pricing, and digital commerce best practices preferred. Position monitors/audits financial, reimbursement and information management services and is responsible for analyzing the billing effectiveness/cash flow and making recommendations to increase productivity and profitability. Utilizes their knowledge of the client/business, healthcare practice management and medical billing process/procedures to maximize performance relative to client relationship, client satisfaction, desired survey results and client/company financial performance indicators. Activities include: Client Engagement: Onboarding and cancellation activities when new clients contract for new/additional services or want to cancel existing services Serve as an escalation point for the Customer Support Call Center (NC,TX) Review reports of services so clients understand actions needed and value delivered. Analyze data from reports, determining key performance indicators and articulate results internally and externally in business terms (in addition to having the ability to understand technical aspects as well) Explain the value of contracted services over the phone. Conduct Business Reviews when needed Financial Management: Audit Invoices to ensure proper billing is occurring for services contracted. Assist Sales in identifying areas where clients are not clear on solutions purchased, implementation timelines, etc. Analysis: Identify trends in pharmacy reports to better engage the client with financial/risk opportunities. Review store onboarding and cancellation trends Administrative: Manage store implementations by partnering with the appropriate department (Imp, Client, Sales, etc) Maintain Current Pharmacy Store List Extensively use of SFDC, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and proprietary applications as part of the daily work routine. Additional Knowledge & Skills Knowledge: Knowledge of National Council of Prescription Drug Programs Telecommunications Standard a plus Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce.com Skills and Competencies: Ability to set client expectations in a realistic and professional manner Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment without being overwhelmed Ability to help clients see the business value in services purchased. Demonstrate a high standard for excellence and high quality and meeting clients needs. Education: BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. MBA a plus Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of Account Management or Sales experience within the healthcare delivery or billing systems.
