PTO and flexible schedule, 401k
Poor pay wages, if you get a raise they will just cut your hours back so you get paid the same overall. Insurance is way too expensive and has a very high deductible.
PTO.
I do not know anything about any of these people even though I have been with the company 4 years.
Unionize the workforce.
Just be yourself. All tasks in the store are trainable.
Low
Diversity is strong at most stores.
When a customer is actually grateful for my knowledge and help.
They really motivate me in terms of the way they work and there cooperative skills
I will improve the company culture by working extra hours and make sure that the company policy is followed
Am ready to go through any medical check up
The amount of trust and team work they have. If there is any issue they will try to work it out with you and you can work in the department you best fit without a manager watch over your shoulder.
Being graded on new sign ups for our rewards program as well as pushing customers to fill out surveys and give us a 10. It often annoyed customers and made it very difficult to keep managers happy with good scores when customers often didn't want to give their information.
There are bonuses as well as paid time of and rewards for being employee of the month which is achievable for any member of the staff. Most managers are kind enough to buy lunch for the team as well.
I enjoy my coworkers
No options to further my carrer, unfair wages and lack of good health care options.
I get to work in the career I wabt to pursue.
Work Life Balance
Too many changes and layoffs
No direct reports. Traveled and received points/perks.
The clientele is typically very friendly and loyal. Working within the Print & Copy Department allowed me to get both Customer Service experience and also the chance to develop my creativity and problem solving skills.
The management team does not offer much positive reinforcement and does not appreciate its employees to the degree I would prefer.
I love being able to help people create a product that makes them happy.
The people are generally pretty fine. The management team is not bad for the most part.
It has become grating on my nerves as I am not the most patient individual and this job does require a lot of patience as it is retail. I also just do not prefer non-stop interaction and that is what retail entails.
The scheduling is very flexible so it helps if you have something come up out of the blue.
Hours and vacation time
Corporate office is not family friendly
Bonuses when we do get one
Lots of professional training on customer services, sales techniques etc.
Not enough assigned work hours
Interaction with customers
Competitive salary.
We encourage associates to live the 5C Culture; Customer, Commitment, Change,Caring and Creativity, but with the decline of the business, moral has declined as well. With a leadership team that cares less and less about its true commodity, our employees, its all about the bottom line. There must be a balance.
I used to look forward to going to work everyday and there used to be a long list of perks but unfortunately today, the only reason I show up is for the paycheck.
I liked the schedule. And products and customers
The company is getting very desperate and demanding
Store manager schedule was hood for family life
