QUALIFICATION: Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an executive administrative role, supporting senior-level executives and supporting multiple stakeholders. Department Profile The President has ecclesiastical, ecumenical, and administrative responsibilities as outlined throughout the Constitution and Bylaws and are carried out in the context of the various roles and responsibilities of Synod leadership (officers, boards, agencies, etc.) as outlined in the LCMS Handbook and LCMS Board of Directors policies. The President serves as the chief ecclesiastical officer of the Synod.
