The BOM is proficient in all areas of the revenue cycle including surgery scheduling, insurance verification, cash management, coding, billing, accounts receivable follow-up and patient registration. Communicates and collaborates with physicians regarding patient scheduling, registration, dictation and documentation, and insurance verification.
