Your Role:
This is a hands-on role, and you will be working to assist our prospects through the process of becoming bank customers. As Customer Onboarding Manager, you will work with the bank Chief Operating Officer to efficiently oversee and facilitate the onboarding of prospective customers and resolve potentially complex problems that may arise during the onboarding process.
