    Job Details Full Time / Part Time: Full Time FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Business Unit: Liquid Sales Reports to: Operations Manager Travel Requirement: No Job Description Select's Office Administrator is to assist Controllers, Operations Managers, and RVP with all phases of operational reporting, research, revenue forecasting and providing guidance to management and employees. This position also supports HR and IT. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to Responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and improve day-to-day operations. Reviewing payroll and act as HR liaison. Review AR and keep track of tickets not signed. Work with customers to resolve disputed field tickets. Create Purchase Orders and keep track of spending. Input revenue and additional data in the Business Trackers to keep track of Revenue/Expenses for their yard(s) throughout the month. Review expenses before month-end. Review P&L for revenue, expense, payroll, reallocations, PO's, PINV's and work with Accounting to resolve issues.
