Prepares for monthly Board meetings by compiling agendas and assembling required documentation. Records and complies minutes for Board and Committee meetings. Coordinates logistics for Annual, Board of Trustees, and Committee meetings, including compensation arrangements. Supports auditors and examiners by preparing various reports and documentation. Maintains confidential personnel records for officers and supervisors reporting directly to the President/CEO. Handles customer complaints referred to the CEO's office and may respond to general inquiries regarding bank operations. Serves as Executive Secretary for the Chelsea Groton Foundation, overseeing grant application processing, correspondence, meeting minutes, disbursements, communications, and responses to Internal Audit reports.
