He currently serves as Chief Client Officer, a position from which he plans and executes strategy for his favorite saying: ''Take care of the customer, and the rest will follow.'' To that end, he directs improvements in the total customer experience for our users, from their first contact as a sales prospect through implementation, training, and regular renewals of the customer relationship. Fred started in Information Technology with a mission to develop an evolutionary suite of specialty software designed to support the patient/practitioner encounter while providing a comprehensive high quality Medical Practice Management software solution. As the original Founder, he created Office Practicum and maintains his deep involvement in its design and development. Fred lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Edna.
